The case of Jin Suidong, former deputy secretary and vice chairman of the Henan Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), has been terminated by the State Supervision Commission and transferred to the procuratorate for review and prosecution. The Supreme People's Procuratorate decided to arrest Jin on suspicion of accepting bribes. The case is being further processed.
