At least two people were killed and several others were injured when a tour bus overturned in southwest China's Sichuan Province on Wednesday, local media reported.

The accident took place at around 4:00 p.m. BJT in Leshan City, when the tour bus scraped a pickup truck driving in the opposite direction, causing it to overturn.

Two people died despite rescue efforts, but the rest have been taken to hospital where their injuries are being treated.
