The proposals of China's 14th Five-Year Plan (2021-2025) will be assessed during the fifth plenary session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, which is being held in Beijing.

Based on the success of the 13th Five-Year Plan (2016-2020), the new plan observes national conditions, offers a clear developmental roadmap, and outlines development policies for China.
