It's common for students to take on the task of decorating the large noticeboards often found at the entrance to school buildings. Five years ago, after a student due to work on the noticeboard was absent, the building's cleaner, affectionately called "Aunt Wu" by the students, took on the task.

Despite never receiving formal training in painting, her natural talent shined through. The noticeboard painting is usually replaced monthly, and Wu has excelled at crafting beautiful images with different themes each time.

Her paintings may be temporary, but students have started to photograph them and print them onto postcards. These students presented Wu with a collection of the postcards that were accompanied by notes thanking her for her work. They said that the joy infused in her pictures brings them much happiness.

Wu has said that she appreciates the opportunity she has to communicate with the students through her paintings, which also allow her to realize her childhood dream of becoming an artist. She often watches painting videos online in her spare time in the hope that she can create even more interesting pictures for the students in the future.
