A video featuring people walking on a mysterious spinning ice disk on the Liaohe River in Northeast China’s Liaoning Province, has gone viral. The 15-meter disk looks like a perfect circle and spins slowly. It is able to hold more than a dozen people without any sign of sinking or cracking. Hundreds of locals have been flocking to Faku county to witness the bizarre phenomenon.
