  Kuwaiti emir passes away

  KUWAIT CITY, Sept. 29 -- Kuwaiti Emir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah passed away on Tuesday, according to Amiri Diwan.On July 23, the emir left for the United States to complete medical treatment following his recent surgery, the Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) reported.
