Xi Jinping, general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, inspected Gaotai County, Zhangye, Northwest China's Gansu Province on Tuesday. 

During the tour, he visited the monument, cemetery and memorial hall of the West Route Army of Chinese Workers' and Peasants' Red Army, and laid a floral basket to the revolutionary martyrs.
