BEIJING, Sept. 15 (Xinhua) - Domestic fantasy film "Jade Dynasty" continued to lead the Chinese mainland box office on Saturday, the China Movie Data Information Network showed Sunday.

"Jade Dynasty," directed by Cheng Xiaodong, tells a story of a brave young boy who strived to change his own destiny.

The film raked in 82.89 million yuan (about 11.70 million U.S. dollars), accounting for 31 percent of the daily total.

Coming in second was "The Fist of Blue Sapphire," which grossed 54.41 million yuan on Saturday.

"The Last Wish" ranked third by raking in 38.52 million yuan on its third day of screening.
