A group of 12 panda cubs, all of which were born this year, made their first public appearance at a breeding center in southwestern China’s Chengdu Province.
The baby bears are being displayed in two separate enclosures at the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda.
Thirteen newborn pandas are being bred this year at the base, including one born overseas.
The base specializes in caring for baby pandas, and is home to the world's largest artificial breeding population of captive giant pandas.
