A real estate bureau of China Construction First Group Construction & Development Co., Ltd., (CCFGCD), has won the bidding to the No. 2018G15 residential plots of Guli Street, Nanjing, southeastern China's Zhejiang Province, at the price of 168 million yuan.

Located at the core area of Guli Street, the plots are identified as an advanced manufacturing industrial support area, an integrated service area of leisure agriculture, and an idyllic livable tourism town.

Covering an area of 139,000 square meters, the spots are equipped with education, living, medical and landscape resources, which makes the block ecological habitability. The volume fraction of the plots are 1.1 and the capacity building area is 153,000 square meters.

The plots are expected to provide over 130 low-density houses and stacked villas for people who seek an improved living environment nearby.
