This spring, conservation teams in Altay, Xinjiang have been using drones to install artificial nests on power poles near wetlands, offering safe breeding sites for migratory birds. Despite the complex terrain, operators skillfully installed eco-friendly nests at 16 locations suited to local bird species. This initiative protects bird habitats, reduces conflict with man-made structures and achieves a balance between technology and ecological conservation.
