'Urban Charm Record' showcases people-centered urban development

As the global observance of 2026 World Cities Day opened in Fuzhou, Season 3 of "Urban Charm Record," co-produced by China Media Group and the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, premiered on October 30. The program explores how Chinese cities are developing, with a focus on building modern, people-centered cities. Organized around six themes – innovation, livability, beauty, resilience, civility and smart development – it showcases the achievements and practical innovations of 18 representative Chinese cities.
