Czech mineral water giant Fromin has become an official sponsor of Chinese Super League club Hebei China Fortune, the two sides announced on Saturday.

The ambitious Langfang-based club, founded in January 2015, is struggling this season as they sit in the 11th place of the CSL.

Li Jun, general manager of Hebei China Fortune, said the deal could boost morale of the players.

“It will supply us with fresh drinking water after daily training, which is helpful to our players,” Li said. “The deal will also motivate us to get rid of the current slump.”

Hebei China Fortune, who finished last season at fourth place, will host Tianjin Teda on Sunday.
