Chinese shooters Zhao Ruozhu and Liu Yukun (Team China 2) Wednesday nailed the gold medal in the 10m air rifle mixed team with a new world record of 503.6 points on the last day of competition at the ISSF World Cup in New Delhi.
The pair broke the previous record of 502.0 points set by their teammates Xu Hong and Chen Keduo in March 2018 and also booked a ticket for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics along with their Chinese counterparts Zhu Yingjie and Zhao Honghao (Team China 1).
Romanian pair Laura-Georgeta Coman and Alin George Moldoveanu claimed silver with 496.2 points. Bronze went to Keum Jihyeon and Choo Byounggil from Team Korea 1 who got 433.4 points.
