An off-duty nurse from Hunan Province on her honeymoon in Qinghai Province saved life of four passengers injured in a road accident, reports thepaper.cn.

Zhou Wei was nearby when the accident happened, and joined other passersby as they got the injured people out of the damaged vehicles. Zhou cleaned and bandaged the wounds of the injured while they waited for ambulances to arrive.

One person was killed and seven others injured in the crash.

Zhou's story came to light after her husband published an account of her actions on WeChat, where she was widely praised.
