Tilda Swinton memorably starred as a thoroughly well-red vampire in Jim Jarmusch's "Only Lovers Left Alive." In the director's latest, the zombie movie "The Dead Don't Die," she plays a mortician in a town overrun by zombies.

Even for Swinton, the character is an eccentric one. She speaks with a pronounced version of Swinton's own Scottish accent and is a master swordsman. Swinton, finally, is zombie-killing Scottish samurai warrior.

In an interview, Swinton said she's proud of the body count she racks up in "The Dead Don't Die."
