China's traditional Mid-Autumn Festival falls on the 15th day of the eighth month of the Chinese lunar calendar, or Sept. 24 for this year. 

As the festival approaches, people usually choose to celebrate by eating mooncake and spending time with their family.

In this original video presented by People’s Daily app, residents in Beijing – including Chinese nationals and expatriates – will share their celebration plans and most endearing memories of the Mid-Autumn Festival.
