Teresa Cheng, Secretary for Justice of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, hurt her arm in London on Thursday after being surrounded by a group of protesters.

Cheng, who is on an official trip in London, appeared calm but shocked while surrounded for several minutes by at least 30 angry protesters.
