A video uploaded to social media showed people being evacuated from Gili Meno to Lombok's Bangsal Ferry Terminal, which has also been heavily affected by the quake.
From there, tourists have been taking advantage of additional flights arranged by airlines or catching ferries to safer areas, such as Bali.
Officials said about 4,600 foreign and domestic tourists had been evacuated from three Gili islands following the quake, which has left thousands homeless and over 100 dead.
