Afghan Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Abdul Qahar Balkhi has tweeted that a "14-member diplomatic team at the Saudi Arabian Embassy in Afghanistan has returned to Kabul and resumed consular services for Afghans."

Saudi Arabia had evacuated its diplomats from Kabul last August amid the nationwide instability following the Taliban takeover.
