Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez is promising to 're-establish order' after about 8,000 migrants, many from Sub-Saharan Africa entered the Spanish enclave of Ceuta by either swimming or climbing over the fence.

Spain deployed troops to guard the area and discourage migrants from crossing.
