Malaysia reports 69 new COVID-19 cases

Bangkok (People’s Daily) - Malaysia reported 69 new cases and 1 death related to the novel coronavirus on Friday, bringing the total number of infections to 6,071, and deaths to 103, according to the country’s health ministry.

4,210 patients have recovered from the disease, and 37 remain in critical condition.
Almost all economic sectors and business activities will be allowed to resume in the country starting May 4, Malaysian Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin said in a special address on Friday.
