10 NPC deputies are interviewed at the “Deputies’ Passage” before the opening meeting of the first session of the 13th NPC on Monday morning in Beijing.

Ma Huateng, Chairman and CEO of Tencent, said he hopes to strengthen China’s reform and opening up through technological innovation. He said with “Internet plus” we achieve a digital economy, leading to our ultimate goal of Digital China and Internet power.

Xu Liyi, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Hangzhou Municipal Committee, introduced the efforts that Hangzhou Municipal Government had made and introduced its future plans.

Wang Yaping, an astronaut of the Chinese PLA Astronauts Brigade, who lectured on the “Shenzhou X” spacecraft in 2013, said she hopes to contribute to society through aerospace science and technology.
