Bangkok (People’s Daily) - A passenger bus carrying Chinese tourists en route from Pai to Chiang Mai Saturday afternoon sped out of control and crashed into a convenience store injuring 9 on board.
Officials from China’s Consulate General in Chiang Mai immediately contacted local police and tourism authorities to coordinate medical relief for the injured in need of hospital transport.
The Consulate General also urged relevant departments to find out what caused the accident and handle the proper insurance claims.
