A press conference for the first session of the 13th National People's Congress (NPC) will be held at 11:00 a.m. BJT on Sunday at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing.
Questions on the agenda of the session and the work of the NPC will be answered.
About 3,000 NPC deputies are scheduled to meet for their annual session on Monday. The deputies from across the nation will elect state leadership, discuss Constitutional amendment, and deliberate on the government work report.
