China's new vice president pledges allegiance to Constitution

China's newly elected Vice President Wang Qishan took an oath of allegiance to the country's fundamental law Saturday.

Wang was elected vice president of China on Saturday at a plenary meeting of the first session of the 13th National People's Congress.
