Chinese President Xi Jinping will deliver a keynote speech at the opening ceremony of the 2018 Boao Forum for Asia in Boao, Hainan Province, on Tuesday.  

President Xi will give the most authoritative account of how will China open wider to the outside world and conduct a new round of in-depth reform.

The four-day event, themed "An Open and Innovative Asia for a World of Greater Prosperity", is being held from April 8 to 11 on the southern Chinese island province Hainan.
