One year has passed, and the 48th World Economic Forum Annual meeting will take place from January 23 to 26 in Switzerland. People’s Daily conducted an exclusive interview with Swiss Ambassador to China Dr. Jean-Jacques de Dardel, who was in Davos last year, to hear this thoughts on President Xi’s speech and his life in China.

“Most of the crowd was delighted to hear what they were listening to and that was certainly a very important moment in modern international relations,” de Dardel recalled. He also said he loves being in China despite the language barrier.
