Speaker of the Finnish Parliament Maria Lohela will lead a delegation to visit China from Nov. 5 to 10 at the invitation of Zhang Dejiang, chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress (NPC), according to a statement of NPC Standing Committee Friday.
