It provides concrete evidence for the highest level of porcelain-making craftsmanship in China and is the only integrated site nationwide to reveal the key elements of production.
The kiln factory has produced tens of thousands of pieces of exquisite porcelain, sold to countries and regions around the world and collected by famous museums. The porcelain from Jingdezhen has long broken records at auctions, occupying a special position in the history of ceramics in the world.
Today, the old buildings of the Imperial Kiln Factory are being reconstructed and will be the most distinctive tourist attraction in Jingdezhen.
The Imperial Kiln Factory will be open to the public soon!
Two ceramic craftsmen are drawing patterns on the cups. The cups will then be fired at a temperature of 1800 ℃ and glazed.
