Beijing has expanded the target population for COVID-19 vaccination to include minors aged 12 to 17 since Tuesday, according to officials. (Photos: People's Daily online, compiled by Li Han)

The vaccination covers teenagers both in and out of school. A vaccination program for children aged between 3 to 11 will soon follow. Factors such as the epidemic situation and epidemic prevention requirements will be taken into account for targeted measures.
