The TRB Forbidden City is set to host the Swiss Gastronomy Week with guesting chief Elodie Jacot-Manesse from April 26 to 28.

Initiated by the Embassy of Switzerland and sponsored by the SWISS Airline and Oona Caviar, the marvelous culinary event will celebrate the diversity of Swiss cuisine, its creativity and sustainability by using organic and local products.

Chef Elodie from Restaurant de l’Hôtel de Ville, one of world’s top ten restaurants, will be presenting a curated selection of sumptuous dishes with ‘Crissier’ spirit and her own personal twist in both cooking techniques and powerful flavors, to showcase the gastronomy of Switzerland, the country with the highest concentration of Michelin starred restaurants in the world.

As the first female winner of the prestigious Cuisinier d’Or Swiss competition, she took the coveted grand prize trophy at the age of only 25.
