Famed for its culinary creativity and diversity, China’s fine-dining legend TRB Restaurant Group is scheduled to welcome its fourth kid – Merci French Food by TRB – at Joy City Chaoyang early May.
As the latest member of the growing TRB family, Merci is a bistro focused on delivering the joy and family atmosphere that surrounds great French home cooking.
Dining guests can expect a menu dedicated to classic country-style dishes ranging from homemade pâté, escargot, steak tartare, foie gras and TRB’s signature soufflés.
Ignace Lecleir, owner and founder of the TRB, and his team have been named many dining and service awards and accolades over the years. TRB Hutong - the first pearl of TRB - has been nominated by Trip Advisor the best fine-dining restaurant in Asia and the seventh best in the world.
Talented international guest chefs with Michelin-star pedigrees were invited to bring their own flair to kitchens across their restaurant brands.
As Ignace’s first venture dedicated to the art of French Bistro cuisine, his commitment to authentic flavors, a stylish dining atmosphere and exceptional service remain undiminished.
