The construction of the Xiongan Station of Beijing-Xiongan inter-city railway in Xiongan New Area, North China's Hebei Province has entered the final sprint stage.

Xiongan station is undergoing a comprehensive indoor and outdoor decoration work and is expected to be put into operation by the end of this year.

With the construction area of about 470,000 square meters, Xiongan Station consists of three floors above ground and two floors underground.

The Xiongan high-speed railway station is part of a high-speed intercity rail line linking Xiongan with Beijing.

Upon completion, travel time from Beijing to Xiongan will be shortened from two hours to only 30 minutes.
