Taigan Safari Park in the Belogorsk Region of Crimea has opened an enclosure for retired circus elephants.

Female Indian elephants Jenny and Magda, who had performed in circus for over 40 years, are the first residents of the enclosure.

On March 22, the two elephants were seen fighting each other during a circus show in Kazan, Russia, which brought authorities to launch an investigation.
