These light shows strengthen the confidence and determination of the people of the whole country to support Wuhan and to keep fighting the epidemic. This photo shows the light show at the Shanghai Bund on February 8.
Huang Jin, general manager of Oriental Pearl Radio and Television Tower, said, “The light show starts on the Lantern Festival and lasts for three consecutive days, every night from 7 to 10 o'clock. It is purely a non-commercial act for the public good.”
“We hope that we can spread positive energy through this form of presentation, to boost confidence, and to cheer for Wuhan and for China,” he added.
