Meteor showers present a spectacle in the sky over Northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.

Gemini meteor showers are one of the three meteor showers in the Northern Hemisphere, first observed in 1862.

Gemini meteor showers are active from December 4 to 17 every year. Because of the slow speed and longevity, people can watch them with naked eyes and take pictures.
