The Hanjiang Bridge of the Menghua Railway completed its cable installation on Monday.
The 5,242-meter grand bridge is an important part of the Menghua Railway, a 1,817-kilometer strategic coal transport route linking north China's coal-rich Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region with central and south China.

The 5,242-meter bridge is a critical link along the 1,817-kilometer Inner Mongolia-Jiangxi freight rail line, which will be used to transport coal from coal-rich Inner Mongolia into central and southern China.
