Citizens working near the area found the dolphin and called for help.

The water was 20 centimeters deep where the dolphin was stranded. Police officers started rescue operations by pouring water on the dolphin while contacting the marine fishery department for professional help.

Over a dozen men carried the dolphin to a rubber boat, and transferred the dolphin to the deep sea area.
