New craft sliders provided at Hulu by TRB

To feed Beijing community’s insatiable appetite for burgers, contemporary upmarket fine dining Hulu by TRB recently launched two craft sliders after teaming up with Belgian Clement Rol, head chef and partner of DE REFTER Brasserie, headlined for their creative fusion twist on Chinese bao-style burgers.

The new mouthwatering creation will be available on its menu from April 17, which includes “The Truffle” sliders with juicy 100 per cent Australian beef patties topped with Emmental cheese, arugula, sliced red onions and a generous spread of seasoned mayo with truffle paste and truffle oil, as well as the “Spicy Sriracha” sliders with juicy 100 per cent Australian beef patties topped with shallot chutney, soft goat cheese and homemade garlic and Sriracha sauce.

To let Clement give his best, all the freedom was given to him to infuse creativity in to the cuisine. “It’s always a pleasure to collaborate with friends in the F&B industry and I’m so grateful to Ignace and his team for giving me full creative license to work with topnotch ingredients. While each of the sliders present very different flavor profiles, I believe that the most important element are the homemade sauces that really bring all the different dimensions of the sliders together”, said Clement.

As a leisurely try of fine-dining legend TRB Group, Hulu by TRB located on the third floor of Sanlitun's Taikoo Li, with a menu full of comfort food and sharing dishes.
