Dazheng Hall, or Eight-Square Hall, is a major building of the 400-year-old Shenyang Imperial Palace.

The Shenyang Imperial Palace, consisting of 114 buildings, is the imperial palace of the early Qing Dynasty (1644-1911).

The palace is well-preserved and is second in grandeur only to the Forbidden City, or the Palace Museum, in Beijing. (Compiled by Huang Jingjing)
