A team of 100 soldiers was dispatched to the region for dike reinforcement, after continuous downpours resulted in the collapse of the local dike and piping effect. As of 12:30 am, the troops backfilled 5,000 sandbags and over 40 cubic meters of gravel to fortify more than 70 meters of dike, and created 150 meters of drain.
