Arya Permana wears his old T-shirt having lost 89 kilograms (196 lbs) of body weight to become a healthy 102 kilos (224 lbs). At 10 years old, he was given the title "world's fattest child" by the Indonesian World Records Museum, making him somewhat of a local celebrity in his home country. After his fame, he decided to lose weight.
