The Olympic Q-Series is the IOC's multi-sport qualification series, bringing together several Olympic sports at festival-style events on the road to the Games.
Each stop on the 2028 circuit will host four sports.
Tokyo, which opens the series from May 4-7, will stage 3x3 basketball, BMX freestyle, sport climbing and skateboarding, featuring both park and street disciplines.
Shanghai, from May 11-14, will host 3x3 basketball, beach volleyball, BMX freestyle and sport climbing.
Montreal, from June 1-4, will feature flag football, beach volleyball, BMX freestyle and skateboarding park.
The series concludes in Orlando from June 8-11 with flag football, beach volleyball, sport climbing and skateboarding park.
The IOC introduced the series before the 2024 Olympics, with Shanghai and Budapest hosting the inaugural edition.
