Zhang Zhanshuo wins 6th gold at Asian Games after China retains 4x100m freestyle relay title

Zhang Zhanshuo claimed his sixth gold medal at the Aichi-Nagoya Asian Games after leading China to the men's 4x100m freestyle relay title on Thursday.

Zhang, who just earned his fifth earlier in the 800m freestyle, helped the Chinese team clock three minutes 10.60 seconds to set a new Asian record and defend their title.

South Korea finished second in 3:11.69, while Japan took bronze in 3:11.96.
