FIBA 3x3 Shanghai Final generates over 12 million views

GENEVA, Nov. 3 (Xinhua) -- The 2026 FIBA 3x3 Women's Series Project Redwings Shanghai Final generated 12.82 million views and 14.43 million impressions across FIBA 3x3's own channels, FIBA announced on Tuesday.

According to FIBA, the figures represent increases of 115 percent in views and 64 percent in impressions compared with 5.96 million and 8.8 million, respectively, for the 2025 Final.

Third-party partners recorded 4.28 million livestream views and 22.78 million topic views across five major local platforms.

The 25-stop season concluded with 90 million views, 137.8 million impressions and 4.6 million engagements, FIBA said.

"The 2026 season reflects the continued development of the FIBA 3x3 Women's Series as a global competition and platform. The record calendar, growing audience and expanding network of teams, players, host cities and partners demonstrate the value the Series can create across the wider 3x3 basketball ecosystem," said FIBA 3x3 Managing Director Alex Sanchez.
