Peng Huisheng, a macromolecular science professor at Fudan University, led his research team to develop large-area display textiles integrated with functional systems.

Their approach unifies the fabrication and function of electronic devices with textiles, and they expect that woven-fiber materials will shape the next generation of electronics. The study was published online in the journal Nature on March 11 in Beijing time.
