Combining high-end real estate with fantastic sea scenery, the houseboat covers more than 400 square meters, including bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dining room, bathroom and balcony.
To withstand hurricane winds as strong as 250 kilometers per hour, the floating home is equipped with a hydraulic system for stability.
The advanced system can also be used to lift the vessel above rising ocean waters, designed to cope with the problems caused by global warming.
