The intangible cultural heritages of Liaoning province were put on display at an exhibition held at Mukden Palace in Shenyang, Northeast China’s Liaoning province, on June 9, marking this year's Cultural and Natural Heritage Day.

Traditional puppet shows, yangko (a popular folk dance), dough sculptures, and agate carvings were on display at the event.

More than 300 skilled craftspeople and performers will either perform or demonstrate traditional skills during the exhibition, and a series of related lectures will be held.
