A Chinese-style art canopy in Beijing's historic Qianmen area has become a popular spot for photos and videos.

Inspired by the renowned Chinese landscape painting A Panorama of Rivers and Mountains, created by Wang Ximeng more than 900 years ago, the canopy in Dajiang Hutong is made up of layers of sheer fabric in shades of blue-green, pale purple and warm yellow, evoking a landscape of rolling mountains and rivers.
